Refund and Return Policy
Returns:
Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive your purchase. If 14 days have passed, or if the product has been damaged due to misuse or negligence, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- It must be returned in its original packaging.
- You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.
Please ensure you retain the original packaging for at least 2 weeks, as returns will be rejected if the item is not in its original packaging. We recommend keeping the packaging for the duration of your ownership in case you need to return the item for servicing or repair. In case of a warranty claim, if you do not have the packaging, you will be responsible for ensuring the item is safely returned to us.
If the item is unused and within 14 days of delivery, our team will gladly assist you with the return process. To initiate a return, please contact our support team via Live Chat or email at sales@79bike-eu.com. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Used Items:
If the item has been used and is experiencing issues, our warranty may cover your issue. For more details on the warranty and claims process, please refer to our Warranty Policy.
A return may be rejected or a fee may be applied if the item is returned in a different condition than it was originally sent. This fee, usually around 15%, will apply if there is a loss in value. If the product has been used, we may reject the return and send the item back to you at your expense.
Consumer-Caused Returns:
If the return is initiated due to the consumer's reason (change of mind, etc.), the consumer will be responsible for the return shipping fee. The exact fee will depend on the express shipping company you choose.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If the item is damaged or incorrect due to our fault, you will not be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Proof of Purchase:
To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Contact us at sales@79bike.com and we will guide you through the return process. All returns must be approved by us before being sent back.
Refunds:
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed (minus any delivery fees incurred by us) and automatically credited to your original method of payment. The exact time for the credit to appear on your account depends on the payment method used.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you have not received your refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. After that, contact your bank, as there may be some processing time. If you have completed all these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@79bike-eu.com.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transit. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at sales@79bike-eu.com and we will guide you through the process.
Changing Your Mind:
If you change your mind before the item has shipped, we may still be able to cancel your order. Please contact us immediately if this happens. Please note that order cancellations are subject to a 3% cancellation fee, which covers the processing fees we incur during the original order placement.
