We provide delivery services across the UK&EU. However, certain locations, such as Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, and other outlying islands, may incur additional fees or may be excluded from our delivery coverage.

2. Order Processing

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 3 business days after successful payment. During processing, we check the quality of the products and ensure they are safely packaged for transportation.

Holidays and Peak Seasons:

During busy shopping seasons, such as Black Friday and Christmas, processing times may be slightly longer. Please place your order in advance to avoid delays.

3. Delivery Service and Time

Delivery Options

  • Standard Delivery: Most orders will be shipped via standard delivery, with an estimated delivery time of 3-7 business days.
  • Fast Delivery: Faster shipping is available, with an estimated delivery time of 7~12 working days (depending on product and address).

Estimated delivery time:

The delivery time is calculated from the date of shipment, excluding processing time. Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

Real-time delivery status

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track the delivery status.

4. Shipping costs

Standard costs

  • Orders over €50: Free standard delivery.
  • Orders under €50: €5 standard delivery fee.

Fast delivery costs

  • All fast delivery orders incur an additional £10 charge.

Special shipping requirements

For large or overweight items, additional shipping fees may apply. These will be displayed at checkout.

5. Delivery restrictions and responsibilities

Undeliverable situations

  • Incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible addresses (e.g., security gates or restricted height areas).
  • The recipient is unavailable to receive the package.

Return order processing

If an order is returned due to delivery failure, we will contact you to reschedule the delivery. The cost of re-delivery will be borne by the customer.

Transport Damage

If your items are damaged during transit, please contact us via email within 48 hours, providing clear photos or videos as evidence.

Lost Goods

If your order is not delivered within the estimated delivery time, please notify us immediately. After verification, we will arrange for a re-delivery or issue a refund.

Signature Inspection

When signing for your package, please check its condition. If there are any issues, you can refuse the delivery and contact us.
