79bike is dedicated to enhancing product quality, and all products undergo thorough inspection before shipment. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us directly, and we will do our best to assist you. For orders not made through our official channels, please contact the original seller for resolution.

Warranty Period:

79bike provides a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase for our products (including 12 months for batteries). This warranty covers defects in workmanship or material. We will be responsible for troubleshooting and offer free repair services or replacement parts to resolve any issues. However, the warranty does not cover damage caused by personal misuse, accidents, negligence, or misuse in unsuitable conditions (such as riding in wet conditions or falls).

Warranty Service Plan:

  • Replacement Parts: We will send replacement parts via standard post along with clear installation instructions.
  • Product Replacement: If the product is defective due to material or workmanship issues within 7 days of delivery, we will replace it with a new one.
  • Part Replacement: If a part is functionally defective, we will replace it with parts that match the original performance and reliability.
  • Repair Service: For customers within the EU, if the issue cannot be resolved via phone or email support, we will provide repair services.

In all cases above, 79bike will bear the cost of repairs and shipping, and no additional charges will be imposed on the customer.

Warranty Coverage:

  • The 2-year warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Products purchased through other channels, second-hand, or used items are not covered by the warranty.
  • 79bike ensures the replacement of vulnerable parts, such as inner tubes, tires, brake discs, brake pads, and mudguards, within 14 days of receiving the product, if they show defects due to material or workmanship.
